(C) A Girl With Tea

Assam

Assam is a black tea named after the region of its production (Assam, India). This tea grown at sea level is known for its body, briskness, malty flavor, and strong, bright color. Tea drinkers in England, Ireland, Scotland, and parts of Europe believe strong black tea should be drunk with milk and sugar. India and Sri Lanka, along with Kenya, produce the largest quantities of black tea.
